Terms of Reference: Women’s Leadership Program Video Production Services

About the Women’s Leadership Program The CEADZ Consortium is implementing the Women's Leadership Program. Through the Civic Engagement for Accountability and Democracy in Zimbabwe (CEADZ) project, the Women's Leadership Program endeavors to build a pool of women positioned to grow into leadership positions within their organizations. The course is designed to meet the specific needs of women in mid-level management positions in Zimbabwean civil society organizations by recognizing women’s lived experiences. The program intentionally takes women leaders through a personal transformation journey that taps into their innate potential. The course will equip women with effective leadership skills and competencies for being effective agents of change, focusing on the individual as well as the collective. The program will tap into the expertise of a selection of gender-sensitive, and experienced personal development experts to walk this journey with the women. Scope of work We are seeking video documentary production services to create 3-minute biographical videos for each Program participant. The videos are intended to feature Program cohort members, in short interviews in which they will detail their backgrounds, professions and motivations for participating in the Program. 
 
Videos will be recorded, edited and delivered in one day. Production of the videos will involve travel within Harare. Where necessary transport and accommodation costs will be provided.  
 
Further guidance for video production will be provided to the successful bidder. Eligibility/Qualification of Consultants  The consultant(s) should have: • Outstanding videography skills; • Excellent video editing skills; • Previous experience in producing international quality documentaries and videos; • Proven ability to work in multicultural environment; • Ability to adhere to deadlines and flexibility; 
 
To submit a bid Each application should include the following: o Cover letter with the applicant’s current contact information including how the candidate’s previous experience matches the consultancy objectives as well as their interest for the position (no longer than two pages);  o Technical proposal on how they intend to carry out the assignment;  o Financial proposal/detailed budget of the project; o Samples of recent similar assignments: online portfolios and links to video work/documentaries;  
 
Short-listed candidates will be contacted to give a brief presentation of their portfolio for final selection.
