The goal seeks to promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all. The NDS1(2021 – 2025) was developed and premised on sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth. The unemployment rate for Zimbabwe has remained high implying insignificant progress being made in creating employment for all. The auction system was introduced and to a greater extent it has stabilized the exchange rate not withstanding that the parallel market is still in existence.

NANGO works with its different thematic clusters, government agencies, development partners and other partners to promote skills, employment, economic growth and among others.
